Please be advised that any Advertisements for Bids (“Advertisement”) and/or Request for Proposals (“RFP”) are placed on this website for informational purposes only, and may not reflect the most up to date information regarding bidding/proposal requirements, specifications and/or addenda thereto. Potential bidders/proposers are directed to contact the Purchasing Department at 856-589-6644, Extension 6516, should you choose to apply in order to provide the necessary bidder/proposer contact information. This contact information is necessary to ensure that any prospective bidder/proposer will be notified of any addenda, amendments and/or clarifications to the Advertisements, RFPs and/or specifications. The Board will NOT be responsible for any prospective bidder/proposer not receiving the necessary updates if they do not provide their contact information as directed in an Advertisement and/or RFP.
Please note that all bids/proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of each individual Advertisement or RFP, which requirements include that submissions must be sealed and sent to the Board’s physical address: Washington Township Board of Education, Eileen Abbott Central Administration Office, 206 East Holly Avenue, Sewell, New Jersey 08080. Electronic bid/proposal submissions will not be accepted.
