ABSENT CALLS

Please call the school at 589-8441 after 8:30 am to report your child absent.  My 24 hour direct voicemail is 218-0957 ext. 3230. 

ILLNESS

Please keep your child home when they show these symptoms:

You will be asked to pick up your child if they have these symptoms at school.

MEDICATION

The administration of medication to or by any student will be permitted only when failure to take such medication would jeopardize the health of the student or the student would not be able to attend or benefit from his/her educational program.  Medication includes all prescription and over the counter substances.

Washington Township Public Schools requires both physician and parent permission to administer all medication, including over the counter. 

Note to Parent:

All medication shall be provided to the school nurse by the parent in the original container.  In the case of prescription medication the original container must have affixed the current prescription labeling as applied by the pharmacy.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR CHILD’S EMERGENCY CARD IF YOU CHANGE YOUR EMPLOYER OR GET A NEW CELL PHONE NUMBER!!!!
