Year after year, the students at Birches School create extraordinary artwork and this year is no exception!  Inspired by master artists such as Picasso, VanGogh, Kandinsky and Davinci, the art room is alive with excitement and creativity!  Throughout the various grade levels, you can see Cubist Portraits, Sunflowers, Starry Nights, Mona Lisas and Abstract Tempera Paintings come to life.

         In addition to two dimensional work, each grade will create their own themed clay activity.  Pinch Pots, vases, clowns, fish and the anticipated fifth grade "Beach Party"  are the projects that will allow the students to express themselves through this exciting medium. 

        April and May will provide opportunities to "show-off" the hard work and dedication of our students.  The District Art Night is scheduled for the end of April at the High School and our annual Birches Art Show will be held in May.  These springtime events are truly a time for parents and families to witness first-hand, the incredible artistic talents of our students at Birches School!
