1. You must be a resident of Washington Township in Gloucester County.

2. You will need the following:

• Immunization records
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of residency
• Current grades and standardized test scores
• High School students will need an unofficial transcript.
• All new students will need a physical exam.
• Kindergarten students will need a physical and dental exam.
