Attendance

Absence

When your child is going to be absent, please call the nurse/health office between 8:30 am and 9:00 am.  If you need to call earlier you will be able to access the voicemail in the Health Office using that number (589-7936 or 218-0957 ext. 3805, 3806 or 3807). If you need homework for your child you must call 218-0957, then put in the teacher’s extension number, and leave the message requesting homework.

Early Dismissal

If your child is going to leave school early for a doctor’s appointment etc., please notify your child’s teacher.  When picking up your child for an early dismissal, please go to the MAIN OFFICE for a pass before going to the Health Office for your child.

Lateness

Students arriving late for school must go to the MAIN OFFICE for a pass before going to class.  Your child is late after 9:30 AM.

Emergency Card

If a change must be made on your child’s Emergency Card, contact the school nurse (589-7936). Please keep your child’s Emergency Card up-to-date.  Please be reminded that you must complete the card in full or it will be returned.
