| Every child's life should be filled with books - at home, at school, in the library - to share with a parent or caregiver, to read, to learn from, and to enjoy. A group of knowledgeable professionals from schools and libraries, children's bookselling and publishing got together under the auspices of the Association for Library Service to Children and the Association of Booksellers for Children to create this list. |
