Computer Literacy
Our computer lab houses 30 networked Dell PCs. They all have access to the Internet through a proxy server which limits sites for students, color laser printing capabilities, digital video and digital still cameras, scanner and CD burner.

Whitman Live Announcements
All 5th grade students are scheduled to conduct
our live daily Broadcast
Special Broadcasts are also created for
9/11 Commemoration, Veteran's Day Broadcast,
Flag Day Broadcast, and other special events.
Electronic Bulletin Board
We have an electronic scrolling bulletin boards
that runs continually
throughout the day...if something exciting happens in your child's life,
please share it with us. We love to hear about championships, team
accomplishments or
personal victories and want to share them with our Whitman Family.
Computer Curriculum
Grades three, four and five have a scheduled
computer time every week as one
of their specials. The lab is also available for teachers to sign up
for additional computer activities.
