Phone Chain Registration Information

We are very pleased to welcome back all of the students to the 2005-2006 school year! Before our area is “blessed” with premature, inclement weather, we want to make sure our emergency call list is in place. In the event school is closing early due to snow, ice or other emergency, our phone chain will call you based on the information you provide on the form below. This is a courtesy provided by the volunteers of the Home and School Council. We do not have access to any information other than what you provide to us on this form. Please fill this form out, detach and have your child return to their teacher no later than Monday, September 19th. It is only necessary to return one form per family. We would appreciate your support by participating in the phone chain. This has become an important resource that Whitman Elementary families rely on to keep our children safe. Remember, every family should have a plan in place in case you are not available and an early dismissal should occur.
