Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Relesha Liddell
Hello First Grade!
I am so very excited to join you this year after spending the Spring with 3rd graders. My time here at Bells School has been simply amazing! I hope to keep your students motivated and engaged in the classroom with my quirky jokes about my family. My husband and I have six children ages 21 through almost 3, (2 girls and 4 boys). My background includes a Master's degree in Education from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. I received a BS from UTEP, and currently enrolled at Stockton for more graduate courses in Special Education. I hold a K-6 and TOSD certificate in NJ and previously held a K-9 certificate in Illinois. I was born in Louisiana and raised in Texas. After finishing high school at 17, I joined the US Army where I met my husband. While in the Army, I pursued night classes at a community college and then continued once I left active duty. My aspirations of becoming a teacher were fueled by my desire to seeing my own children succeed in the classroom. After volunteering as a room mom, I began teaching in 2001 and never looked back. I truly love sparking new interests in students and helping them discover what their passions and dreams are. I speak Spanish and Portuguese and I hope to incorporate some Spanish into our first grade lessons. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or just to say hello. First grade totally rocks!
