Mrs. Jennifer Monaco

Welcome to my teacher page!

I started teaching in 2001 at a parish elementary school (K-8) in South Philadelphia. In 2004, I was hired here at Washington Township High School in the Social Studies department. I have taught US I History College Prep, US I History Honors, US II History Honors, College Prep Psychology, and AP Psychology. I am also the co-advisor of the Renaissance Club.

I have two sons, who are 12 and 10- we love to watch movies together, play basketball and football, walk the dog, and go to Disney World every chance we can.

I have completed post-graduate work in educational leadership at Nova Southeastern University(http://www.nova.edu/) located in Florida.

I hope to have a great year, if you have any questions, please feel free to email me at jmonaco@wtps.org .

  • Welcome to Mrs. Monaco's School Wires Page

Supplies Needed for AP and CP Psychology:

Pens, Pencils, Loose Leaf Paper, Folder, highlighter, binder (you don't need a separate one for this class; just use a divider page to separate your classes).

AP Psychology- I strongly suggest you purchase your own AP Psychology Review book (Princeton Review is good, but there are others out there). These books are also good for prepping for our chapter tests, plus they usually come with a review DVD and you can write it in and highlight to take your own notes. Amazon might give you the best deal on the books.
