• 6th Grade Computer & Financial Literacy

     
    This is a semester long course (two marking periods consisting of approximately 45 days each) which will develop skills and strategies that promote personal and financial responsibility related to financial planning, savings, investment and charitable giving in the global economy.  This course will also further develop the students’ computer skills. The major units of study include:

    • Planning, Saving and Investing
    • Becoming a Critical Consumer
    • Civic Financial Responsibility
    • Risk Management and Insurance
    • Income and Careers
    • Education Technology
