• I use plastic coins for my behavior modification system.  If your child has a "good" day, he or she may earn a coin.  Coins can be exchanged for erasers, pencils or a trip to the prize box.  Your child can determine if he or she will earn a coin by checking the chart at the front of the room.  Too many tally marks means he or she is endanger of not getting the coin for the day.  Good behavior includes following class rules and behaving kindly towards others.  Occasionally, it is necessary for me to contact you either by email or phone to discuss certain behaviors.  I will not contact you over every little thing, but sometimes it is good to communicate what is happening in class.
