We hope your child will enjoy Book Club. Book Club runs through out the school year. Encouraging your child to read for pleasure is our goal. The greater the exposure to books, the greater the success will be in reading.
The monthly reading goals we have set for each grade level are as follows:
Grade 1: 10 books each month
Grade 2: 10 books each month
Grade 3: 3 books each month
Grade 4: 2 books each month
Grade 5: 2 books each month
Please encourage your child to read books that are appropriate for their age as well as their reading ability. Remember to log books that are read at home, from Book Club, and from your child's teacher! Signed book logs will be collected at the end of each month.
