Students requiring technical support should come to the Township Tech Center located in the 11/12 wing of Washington Township High School in Room C-19.
Summer Support Hours and Process

Students are strongly encouraged to call 856.589.8500 ext 4357 (spells HELP) first as many issues can be resolved over the phone. If we need to see your laptop or if a repair is required, we will schedule an appointment with you to ensure someone is in C19 to help you when you arrive and minimize your wait time.
Normal Hours Starting August 30, 2017
TWP Tech Center hours are from 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM Monday through Friday.
Students arriving before homeroom or coming after school do not need a hall pass. A pass for the late bus will be provided. Students coming throughout the day may only do so with a valid hall pass from their teacher or moderator.
At the TTC, we will make every reasonable attempt to resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we cannot resolved your issue immediately and a repair is neccessary, a loaner laptop will be provided. Each loaner laptop will be throughly inspected before it is given to a student and when it is returned. Please keep in mind that you are resposnsible for the loaner laptop given to you. If you have chosen to purchase insurance, that coverage extends to the loaner laptop. Those who have elected not to purchase insurance will be held responsible for any damages encurred while in the student's possession.

Please note, all requests must come from the student's district provided email account, email originating from other addresses will not be accepted.
