    Employee Assistance Program


    The Washington Township Public School District offers a free, professional, confidential counseling service for personal and professional needs.  This benefit is offered to all full-time staff members and their dependents and staff member who work between 20-29 hours.

    Eligible staff members will have:

    -  Access to a confidential toll-free number, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speak directly to a master’s level counselor who will help answer questions and direct you to a trained professional counselor.

    -  Up to 6 free personal visits through a network of high-quality providers located at an office near where you work or live.

    -  Follow up and appropriate referrals for ongoing counseling needs if necessary.


    The Employee Assistance Program can find resources to help with problems in the following area:

    • Anxiety • Marriage • Depression • Parenting • Family Problems • Relationships • Grief and Loss • Stress • Life Transitions • Drug and Alcohol Concerns • Work Life Balance • Anger • Medical Concerns • Conflict
