    Learning Activities:

    • Grade 1 - Choose three different Tabata workouts to complete.  Invite a family member to join you!  Remember, these 4 minute routines are completed by "working" for 20 seconds, then "resting" for 10 seconds! 
    • Grade 2 - Choose three different Tabata workouts to complete.  Invite a family member to join you!  Remember, these 4 minute routines are completed by "working" for 20 seconds, then "resting" for 10 seconds!

      • Invisible Dumbell Stations - Complete weight lifting exercises without the actual heavy weights! Do each station for 1 minute, with a 30 second rest period in between stations!

    Week #8 - Physical Education Plans for the Week of May 4th - May 8th

    Learning Activities:

    • All students, grades 1-5, will be particating in the Virtual National Field Day!!  Here is the powerpoint that explains the entire process!  Be sure to choose at least 4 events to complete, fill out the official scorecard, and then email the scorecard to Mrs. Wehrle!  Remember to take videos to post on the Wedgwood Virtual Field Day Flipgrid, (password is WW2020) and send pictures to Mrs. Wehrle, which will be posted on the virtual field day tab for all to see!  Have fun and be safe!!!

     

    Week #7 - Physical Education Plans for the Week of April 27th - May 1st 

    Learning Activities:

    • Grade 1
      • Grab and Go (An Exercise Scavenger Hunt) - Students will find one of the five items on the slide, then complete the coordinating exercise that goes with that item!  Students are encouraged to complete this multiple times and also invite family members to join along! 
    • Grade 2
