Herr McCloskey has been the German teacher at Bunker Hill Middle School since November 2012. In addition to degrees from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Herr McCloskey has studied at the Goethe Institut in Munich and at Phillips-University Marburg. In 2019, he attained his master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University.

Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade will be using the textbook Portfolio Deutsch 1, which is available online at www.blinklearning.com once they have logged on to their account. Students will be completing and submitting the majority of their homework assignments online.
