Hello and welcome to my computer classroom!

At Orchard Valley Middle School I teach Digital Literacy 6, Digital Literacy 7, and Digital Literacy 8.  In these classes we cover topics from the New Jersey Student Learning Standards for 21st Century Life and Careers-Personal Financial Literacy. In today's global economy, students need to have the knowledge and skills to adapt to an evolving workplace and world.  To address these demands, New Jersey's 21st Century Life and Careers skills establish clear guidelines for what students need to know to be successful in their future careers and to achieve financial independence.  Within the Educational Technology standard students will learn to use didgital tools to access, manage, evaluate, and synthesize information in order to solve real world problems both individually and collaboratively.
