Hello and welcome to another school year! My name is Cindy Kreitzer and I am the school psychologist on the child study team at Birches and Whitman Elementary Schools. I have been on the child study team in Washington Township since September of 1994. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton and my master's degree from the University of Delaware. I am a nationally certified school psychologist.
