Mrs. Beth Bolt

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!

I am your child's In-Class Support Special Education Teacher. I work directly with Ms. Nasatka teaching Math, Science and Social Studies. I am looking forward to a rewarding and exciting year. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email, phone or note.

A Little About Me

I have worked in the Washington Township school district for over 23 years. I am married with three grown children, three grandchildren with another on the way, and "parent" to two orange tabby cats named Finnegan and Murphy. I love spending time with family, campfires, being outside enjoying nature, and reading mystery novels.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe each and every student has potential and not everyone learns in the same way. I believe all students can learn and benefit from each other. Students should value their differences and feel comfortable sharing them with others without fear of criticism. I believe students need learning experiences that are relevant to their own lives. I believe parent/guardian involvement is vital to any child's success and will encourage participation in student learning. In conclusion, I believe every child is capable of achieving his or her potential to the fullest extent when given respect, suitable discipline, appropriate instruction, and shown kindness and caring. My desire is to be dedicated to my beliefs and construct each child's world to one that is made up of a sense of belonging and a love and excitement for learning.
