Welcome to the Child Study Team Department.  I am a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant serving Bunker Hill, Chestnut Ridge, and Orchard Valley Middle Schools.

Personal background and interests: I grew up locally in Pitman, NJ where I attended school and graduated from Pitman High.  I love to seek new adventures through travel, though the beach is my favorite place to be!  During my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with family, and finding ways to stay active. 

Professional information and background: Following high school graduation, I attended Towson University in Maryland where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education.  I have teaching certifications as an Elementary School Teacher and a Teacher of Students with Disabilities.  While earning my degree, I spent summers working at the Bankbridge Development Center in the Gloucester County Special Services School District.  Upon graduating, I began teaching special education in the Camden City Public School District.  While doing so, I earned my Masters Degree from Rowan University in Learning Disabilities.  I then became a certified Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant and began employment with the Child Study Team in the Swedesboro-Woolwich Public School District.  While working in this capacity I returned for post-Masters credits at Wilmington University in Delaware.  Following the completion of courses, I earned a Supervisors Certification in NJ.
