Welcome to 5th grade at Birches!

My name is Miss Ford, and I am thrilled to be teaching special education in 5th grade at Birches Elementary! Since graduating Washington Township High School in 2012, I attended Montclair State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and a certification in Child Advocacy. Following this, I obtained my New Jersey Teaching Certifications in Preschool-Third Grade and Special Education through Rutgers-Camden. This is my fifth year teaching and my third year being apart of the Bengals family! I'm excited to be working in a co-teaching room with Miss Dobzanski in room 50. We will dive into ELA and discover new books, while having some fun along the way!
