Welcome to Room 2!

My name is Ms. Baselice and I'm excited to join you in your second grade journey!

I grew up in Chicago, IL and moved to Philadelphia in 2000. I've lived in several different places in the area, but settled in Washington Township in 2009. 

I am happy to call New Jersey home, but I still root for my hometown teams (Go Blackhawks!) and visit Chicago as often as I can.

I have taught in various roles throughout the years, including first grade in North Philly, temporary positions in kindergarten and second grade, and most recently as a Literacy Teacher at Wedgwood this year.

I have 3 children that attend Washington Township schools and we are very active in our community. I look forward to running into you at the Shoprite, park, soccer field, hockey rink, and all the other wonderful places this area offers!

My goal is to meet your student at his or her current academic successes and help strengthen and build the skills needed to be a happy, motivated, and successful learner. My role as educator is to be a partner to the families who enter our room.  We will grow Together With Pride!
