Mike D'Ostilio

Appointed to this role in 2024, Mike D'Ostilio will supervise the student registration process, student data, and informational technology processes and procedures required for State reporting. Additionally, he manages and coordinates all federal, state and district compliance and annual report responsibilities. Mike D'Ostilio supervises all public relations/communication efforts representing the District, including social media and the cable-access television channel. Additionally, he oversees state assessments at all levels.

Since 2017, Mr. D'Ostilio served as the Principal of Bunker Hill Middle School.  Prior to that, Mr. D'Ostilio worked at Gateway Regional School District serving as the Supervisor of English/Language Arts and Social Studies.  In 2008, he transitioned to the Middle School Assistant Principal of Gateway Regional.  Prior to Gateway, Mr. D'Ostilio was a high school English Teacher at Spotsylvania High School in Spotsylvania, Virginia

Mr. D'Ostilio holds many certifications that include:  Strategic Organizational Leadership, Teacher of English/Language Arts, Principal, Supervisor, and School Administrator.  He holds an MEd in Public School Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University (Richmond, VA 2002), and a BA in English from the University of Mary Washington (Fredericksburg, VA 1998). He is also a a certified School Safety Specialist and a member of the Gloucester County Reunification team.
