Requirements for Registration

Enrollment in the Washington Township Public Schools requires the following:

 

1). Residency in Washington Township, Gloucester County

2). Documentation of the following: 

• Parent/Guardian Photo ID
• Photo of Child
• Up-to-date Immunization records (click here for requirements)
• Birth Certificate
• Three proofs of residency (one should show you are the leaseholder or property owner)  
• Current grades or standardized test scores if transferring into district
• Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 plans, if applicable
• Transcripts for transferring high school students
• Proof of physical exam within the past calendar year (365 days) for all new students to the District; students have 30 days from enrollment to complete requirement
• Physicals for enrolling kindergarten and preschool students must be completed within 30 days of the start of school. Immunizations are required at the time of registration.
• Dental exams for enrolling kindergarten students must be completed within 30 days of the start of school.
• Custody paperwork or other relevant court orders, if applicable
