WTHS Freshmen Transition Camp
Join us for the 2019 WTHS Freshmen Transition Camp! This program is to support our incoming freshmen and assist them in making a smoother transition to the high school. The camp is scheduled for August 6-8th from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm each day, and the cost is $60.00. Click here for the camp registration form.
Today, I have the privilege to announce the students elected to the Student Council Top 5 positions, but before I do, I want to say how proud I am of all involved in student council to help make our school a better place in so many ways. I want to thank the students that had the courage to run for an elected position and remind everyone that leadership is so much more than a title.

The Boys Track and Field Team was in action this past Friday at the Cherokee Invitational and had a tremendous competition racking up 21 personal best performances. Congratulations goes out Junior Austin Ahart on his tremendous 1st place finish in the Discus. Congratulations goes to Freshman John McGinnis for gaining medals in two events - 4th Place finish in the 400 Meter Intermediate Hurdles and solid 5th place finish in the 110 High Hurdles running a personal best time of 17.64 seconds. Congratulations goes to Freshman Jayson Tuttle for finishing 5th in 400 Intermediate Hurdles. Special congratulations goes out to Freshman Charles Lant on his 7th place finish in the 1600 Meter Run with a personal best time of 4:55.74. The Boys will be in action 3 times this week. They will first be in action tonight at the Haddonfield Distance Night and then Wednesday at the Bishop Eustace Thrower Invitational. This Friday and Saturday will be the season's most important meet - the South Jersey Group 4 Sectional Championships which take place in Tom Brown Stadium here at Washington Township. Congrats and good luck to our Minutemen Track Team for another successful week.
