Wedgwood Elementary Inducts First 10 Members in the “First in Math Wall of Fame”
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – The Wedgwood Elementary School “First in Math Wall of Fame” has reached 10 members. In order to be inducted into the Wall of Fame, a student must earn more than 10,000 stickers while using First in Math to become a “Grand Champion.”
First in Math is an online program utilized by students in grades 1 through 4 that uses the power of digital gaming to build math skills. Online practice reinforces a range of proficiencies, from addition to complex algebra. Setting and achieving goals, as well as a friendly competition component, keeps students energized to sustain accelerated effort over time.
Congratulations go out to the following Wedgwood School students who have made the First in Math Wall of Fame (pictured above, clockwise from upper left): Andrew Nelson (Grade 3), Luke McCrae (Grade 4), Luke Ridgeway (Grade 3), Mason Hatton (Grade 3), Marco Barilotti (Grade 3), Alycia Dymond (Grade 2), Eleanor Lawyer (Grade 3), Nick Huynh (Grade 4), Alyssa Clark (Grade 4), and Alec Aguila (Grade 2).
