Thirteen Washington Township Students Perform with All-South Jersey Elementary Chorus
Thirteen Washington Township students were among 230 participants named to the All-South Jersey Elementary Chorus. The honorees participated in a rigorous, competitive audition with students in grades four, five and six throughout South Jersey to earn selection.
The group performed at the 36th Annual South Jersey Elementary Chorus Festival on March 2, 2019, at Washington Township High School, under guest director and world-renowned composer Jim Papoulis. The concert featured the world premiere of Papoulis’ newly commissioned piece “Only I.”
Washington Township honorees included:
Bunker Hill Middle School: Gabriella Meehan, Martina Weaver, Anna Loomis and Payton Hopkins
Chestnut Ridge Middle School: Madison Bailey, Kayla Richardson, Ally Johns, Hailey Dreyer, Brody DeVera and Riley Moore
Orchard Valley Middle School: Annabelle Corigliano, Ella Johnson and Max Ruggles
