Whitman Elementary School Kindergarteners Put Principal’s Face on $100 Bills to Honor 100th Day of School
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Students in Mr. Tom O’Brien’s kindergarten class at Whitman Elementary School found a new, creative way to celebrate the 100th Day of School on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
In honor of the 100th day – as well as the 1,000th day of school for the building’s fifth-graders – the kindergarten students presented Whitman principal Ray Anderson with $100 bills with the school leader’s face on them.
In the above photo, the students surprise Mr. Anderson with their creative currency.
