Washington Township High School Honors Eight Student-Athletes Who Will Continue Careers in College
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - Washington Township High School honored eight senior student-athletes who have made commitments to continue their athletic careers in college and have signed National Letters of Intent during the NCAA’s fall early signing period during a ceremony on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
After opening remarks from Director of Athletics Kevin Murphy and Principal Ann Moore, the following WTHS seniors were introduced to the gathered teachers, coaches, teammates, friends and family in the Core building lobby:
- Deanna Balsama (girls lacrosse) – George Mason University
- Eric Cartafalsa (baseball) – Mercer Community College
- Jake Dzierzgowski (boys lacrosse) – Gwynedd-Mercy University
- Ryan Farley (baseball) – Neumann University
- Shannon Gasparovic (softball) – Wilmington University
- Briana Hoskins (softball) – Herkimer College/State University of New York
- Casey Shultz (girls lacrosse) – Richard Stockton University
- Michael Treude (boys lacrosse) – Misericordia University
