Community Enjoys WTHS Homecoming Festivities
The emotional crowning of senior Lizzy Pinto as Homecoming Queen capped off a spirited evening of fun and football at Washington Township High School’s annual Homecoming celebration on October 20, 2017.
Student Council’s costumed and colorful tribute to Willy Wonka captured first place in the annual Spirit Parade competition. Interact and Junior/Senior Class Council finished second and third, respectively, in the judging.
Community members packed into Tom Brown Field for all the festivities, including a gridiron battle with perennial power Cherokee and a post-game performance by the Minuteman Marching Band.
