Washington Township High School Tabs Summa Cum Laude Graduates
The 57tth commencement ceremonies of Washington Township High School will take place on Thursday, June 16, 2022, promptly at 7 p.m. on Tom Brown Field in the WTHS Stadium. The ceremony will be shared live on WT-TV (Channel 9 Comcast/Channel 36 Verizon) as well as on the District’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/wttvproductions).
Members of the Washington Township Board of Education, Superintendent of Schools Joe Bollendorf and High School Principal Jonathan Strout will preside over the program.
Twelve students who have posted a weighted grade point average of 102 or higher will be honored as summa cum laude graduates. They include:
- Emma Chu (attending the University of Pennsylvania, studying material science & engin.)
- Gabriella Coppola (attending St. Joseph’s University, studying pharmacy)
- Olivia Ann Dowling (attending Rutgers University, studying biology/pre-med)
- Adriana Iacaruso (attending St. Joseph’s University, studying biology)
- Samantha Klemowitz (attending Princeton University, studying molecular biology)
- Nicholas Lunt (attending Rowan University, studying computer science)
- Aliyah Maddy (attending Stanford University, economics)
- Julianna Petrelli (attending Villanova University, studying electrical engineering)
- Noah Pollack (attending Stockton University, studying finance/economics)
- Raina Saraiya (attending University of Maryland, studying neuroscience)
- Jack Tinkelenberg (attending College of New Jersey, studying chemistry)
- Edward Tobler (attending University of Alabama, studying accounting)
