Washington Township Places 24 Student Singers on All-South Jersey Junior and Senior High Choruses

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Twenty-four Washington Township Public Schools choral students recently performed with the All-South Jersey Junior and Senior High Choruses at a concert event hosted at Washington Township High School’s Republic Bank Performing Arts Center on January 25-26, 2025.
“We are proud of our district’s choral students for achieving this honor at the regional level,” District Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts Casey Corigliano said. “As a result of the hard work of our students and the dedication of our chorus directors who prepared them, Washington Township has a very healthy representation in this year’s South Jersey honor choirs. This is a tremendous honor for all our students, current and alumni, and we thank everyone for supporting the performing arts here in Washington Township.”
Honored students included:
All-South Jersey Junior High Chorus (grades 7-9) – Bunker Hill Middle School: Luciana DiVenti, Ada Marano, Mikey Sitzes, Samantha Waddington; Chestnut Ridge Middle School: Sophia Chila; Orchard Valley Middle School: Leighton Maculewicz, Giulia Scarduzio, Saide Sparkevicius; Washington Township High School: Nola Baselice, Savannah Cox, Jack Ehrenworth, Denisse Espinal, Elena Gonzalez, Sophia Harris, Bella Porreca, Sophia Scappa, Ava Stelacone, Joy Umeh, Courtney Waddington.
