Washington Township High School Hosting 26th Annual All-Night Toy Drive
For Immediate Release
December 4, 2024
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Members of the Washington Township High School junior and senior class councils are collecting donations – new toys, toiletries, and gift cards – round-the-clock during their 26th Annual “Township Toys 24 at the Core” drive, which gets underway at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 5, 2024, in front of the WTHS “Core” entrance. The students are soliciting donations to help make the holiday season brighter for children of all ages in the community, and they will continue their drive until 12:30 p.m. Friday, December 6th.
Snacks and sleeping bags will sustain the students as they accept unwrapped holiday gifts for the children, as well as monetary donations. Even Santa will join in the festivities and will be on hand for pictures with the kids in the Core lobby from 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursday.
Junior and Senior Class Advisors Deanna Ettore, Candace Mroz, and Natalie Taylor are overseeing the project. Washington Township High School is located at 519 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road in Sewell. Please ensure that all donated new toys and gifts are unwrapped.
