The WTPS IT Help Desk handles repairs, maintenance and new project requests for computers, printers, scanners, telephones, and software.
We also handle any questions or problems with eBoards, Video Conferencing, Moodle and SharePoint.
- Dial HELP (x4357) on your district phone to speak to the Help Desk techs. They will direct your issue to the appropriate technician.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org – Please provide your name, building and room number.
- Click on the help desk icon.

Please speak clearly and slowly. Remember to state your name, building, room number, and your problem.
