• HELP DESK
    The WTPS IT Help Desk handles repairs, maintenance and new project requests for computers, printers, scanners, telephones, and software.

    We also handle any questions or problems with  Video Conferencing and SharePoint.

    Ways to Contact the Help Desk:

    • Dial HELP (x4357) on your district phone to speak to the Help Desk Support Specialists. They will direct your issue to the appropriate building specialist, or District representive.

    • Click on the Help Desk icon from your Desktop.

    • If you are calling from outside the district, dial 589-8500, extension 7310, option #1.)

     Please speak clearly and slowly.  Remember to state your name, building, room number, and your problem.

     Please be as specific as possible, when explaining your problem.
