Are you moving residences but staying within the Washington Township School District? If so, you must fill out a Change of Address form. The form soon will be available online through our Genesis portal. However, in the meantime, please download and complete this form and return it to District Registrar Matt Pesyna at mpesyna@wtps.org. Additionally, you will be asked to prove two current proofs of residency to complete the address change, one of which must be the new settlement sheet/deed, lease, or mortgage statement. All proofs must be dated within the last 60 days.
