The Washington Township High School field hockey team celebrates the 300th win of coach Sandy Stockl’s career on Tuesday, May 21st.
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Washington Township High School girls lacrosse coach Sandy Stockl reached a career milestone on Tuesday, May 21st, earning her 300th career victory in the Minutemaids’ 16-3 defeat of Middle Township.
As the only girls lacrosse coach in WTHS history, Stockl has led the program for 31 years since its inception in 1994.
“Tuesday afternoon was a wonderful day for our lacrosse program and coach Stockl’s celebrated career in education-based athletics,” WTHS Director of Athletics Kevin Murphy said.
The Minutemaids (9-9 this season) open the Group IV playoffs today against Central Regional.
