Washington Township High School TV Production Students Get Behind-the-Scenes Look at Citizens Bank Park Control Room

Washington Township High School TV Production students gather for a group photo during their tour of Citizens Bank Park’s Control Room and Media Room.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Washington Township High School students in Ms. Lisa Vasapollo’s TV Production program recently had the opportunity to tour the Control Room and Media Room at Citizens Bank Park, the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. 

The tour, which took place on Township Night at the Phillies on May 15th, was led by WTHS TV Production program alumnus Michael Licisyn, who currently works as a Video Content Manager for the Phillies. Licisyn showed students the sights and sounds of a live sports production. The students also spoke with multiple Phillies staff members and were able to ask questions to help them connect current classroom lessons with real world careers and practices.
