Berry and Dillard’s interactive presentation, titled Out of this World Language Classroom: Promoting Language and Cultural Growth Through Cross-Curriculars Connections, focused on the importance of integrating interdisciplinary connections in the World Language classroom and leveraging those connections to promote language and culture outside the World Language classroom. Participants were able to experience a lively professional development session and were provided an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other school districts.
