Just as the calendar turned over to December 1^st, a special, jolly visitor showed up at the Grenloch Terrace Early Childhood Center. Santa himself, or rather, former Superintendent of Schools Joe Bollendorf, who graciously emerged from retirement and filled in when the original Mr. Claus unexpectedly contracted COVID, made the rounds.

Santa visited each classroom and presented every child with a special bracelet and a book, donated by the GTECC Home and School Council. His surprise visit was greeted with squeals of delight.
