Washington Township High School JROTC Cadets Join Williamstown Counterparts for Bataan March Commemoration

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Washington Township High School students who are cadets in the school’s Air Force JROTC program participated with Williamstown High School JROTC cadets in a Bataan March commemoration last weekend.

 

The 14-mile march/walk/hike is done in memory of the Prisoners of War from World War II who lost their lives in the Philippines during the torturous five-day, 65-mile Bataan Death March.
