    A successful educational program depends on the cooperation of parents, teachers, and the community, all working together towards a shared vision. Birches School is fortunate to have an amazing team of involved stakeholders! Our philosophy of “open doors, open hearts” is conveyed immediately as one enters the building. Parents and community members serve as presenters and guest readers in the classrooms.  The Birches School Parent Teacher Organization is an integral part of the school’s educational program. We are proud to have a strong PTO membership at our school. Through the support of the PTO, we are able to offer parent education programs, school beautification projects, and a wide range of incentive programs and materials that support our curriculum. Our classroom teachers welcome guest readers, parent volunteerism for special projects, and parent volunteers through the Junior Achievement Program.
