WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Wedgwood Elementary School hosted its final “Mustang Mania” event of the 2022-23 school year on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. A Mania is held during every marking period, but this one was special as it was held outside.

Mustang Mania honors Wedgwood students in the Marvelous Mustangs program, a positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) program where students earn tickets for displaying safe, responsible, and respectful behaviors. Students earn an invitation to Mustang Mania by earning a certain number of tickets, adhering to classroom expectations for classwork and homework completion, and having positive school attendance.

During Wednesday’s outdoor event, students were able to play yard games, enjoyed freeze pops, and completed a service project, bagging up supplies to send to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
