WTHS Interact Club Raises $1,000 through Sale of Custom TWP Face Masks
The Washington Township High School Interact Club, under the direction of co-advisors Kevin MacNamara and Shera Jahn, capitalized on a new 2020-21 wardrobe staple by selling custom TWP face masks. The masks were produced by the Township T-Shirt Company. A portion of the monies raised will be used to purchase PPE for the community’s most vulnerable residents.
“The store was so popular, and the masks have gotten such a positive response, that we already opened up another store with the Interact Club,” said Dale Biebel, WTHS teacher and Township T-Shirt Company owner.
“This is going to be a different kind of year, so we have to get creative in running our club,” Jahn said. “Interact is all about service, so what better fundraiser than one that helps to keep our community safe and healthy and enables us to give back to TWP?”
