Wedgwood Elementary School First-Graders Create Awards to Honor Local Veterans for Veterans Day

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP – Wedgwood Elementary School first-grade students in Mrs. Kristie Attardi’s class celebrated Veterans Day a day early on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. The classroom took time to honor local veterans during their hybrid day of learning by using colored paper to create red, white and blue striped awards. On the center star was the name of a local veteran.
