Washington Twp. Education Foundation Names Winners of Instagram Challenge Promoting Helping Hands Hoagie Sale

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - The Washington Township Education Foundation (WTEF) is thrilled to announce the winners of its February Instagram Challenge, designed to promote the highly successful Helping Hands Hoagie Sale. 

After a spirited competition, Ms. Emma Avis' class at Bells Elementary School and Mrs. Shera Jahn and Mr. Kevin MacNamara's Interact Club at Washington Township High School have emerged victorious, garnering the most likes and reposts on their Instagram posts.

The challenge, sponsored by the WTEF and the Washington Township Public Schools, aimed to engage students and the community in a fun and interactive way while raising awareness for the annual Hoagie Sale, a crucial fundraising initiative. The WTEF is committed to supporting the school community through various avenues, including service opportunities, mini-grants, and other fundraising ventures.

As a reward for their outstanding participation and social media prowess, Ms. Avis' class and the Interact Club each enjoyed a complimentary breakfast sponsored by the WTEF. This breakfast is a small token of appreciation for their enthusiastic support and dedication to the community.
