Summer Support Hours and Process
Due to the preparation of devices for the students and staff for the upcoming 2020-21 school year, we will have to modify the In-Person hours for Curbside repair at the HelpDesk.
Starting the week of July 27th, 2020, we will be open from 7:30AM–10:30AM.
Please continue to contact us via phone or email and we will try to take care of your issue remotely, if this can not be completed, you will be able to schedule an appointment during these times.

Students are strongly encouraged to call 856.589.8500 ext 4357 (spells HELP) first as many issues can be resolved over the phone. If we need to see your laptop or if a repair is required, we will schedule an appointment with you to ensure someone is in G102 to help you when you arrive and minimize your wait time.
All support issues over summer break with be handled at the HS, G102.
Regular Hours while school is in session:
High School Support
The TWP Tech Center hours are from 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM Monday through Friday.
Students arriving before homeroom or coming after school do not need a hall pass. A pass for the late bus will be provided. Students coming throughout the day may only do so with a valid hall pass from their teacher or moderator.
Middle School Support
Middle school support hours 7:45 am-3:00 pm

We will make every reasonable attempt to resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we cannot resolved your issue immediately and a repair is neccessary, a loaner laptop will be provided. Each loaner laptop will be throughly inspected before it is given to a student and when it is returned. Please keep in mind that you are resposnsible for the loaner laptop given to you. If you have chosen to purchase insurance, that coverage extends to the loaner laptop and may be taken home. Those who have elected not to purchase insurance will be held responsible for any damages encurred while in the student's possession and may not take the loaner home unless the repair is due to manufacturing defect.
Students may submit a Help Desk request by submitting an email using their district provided email account (outside addresses will get rejected) to email@example.com or calling extension 4357 (HELP).
