The Division of Disability Services and the New Jersey Commission for the Blind are offering free eye screenings at
SHADY LANE, 256 County House Road, Clarksboro, NJLast Tuesday of each month from 9AM to 12 PM andNEW evening hours at the GLOUCESTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, 204 East Holly Ave., Sewell, NJ
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 5PM to 7PMThis program is open to the public.
Children from the age of 4 - 17 will need the signature of a parent or guardian.
