The Washington Township High School athletics department features some of the finest facilities in South Jersey. Our sprawling campus includes 25 acres of natural grass fields, two lighted, synthetic turf fields, an eight-lane, all-weather track, six tennis courts, two baseball fields, three softball fields, two spectator restrooms, three locker rooms, a multi-purpose room and a concession area. Indoors, the school's 9/10 building houses the main gymnasium, which hosts boys basketball and gymnastics events. In the 11/12 building, a more intimate gymnasium hosts girls basketball, wrestling and volleyball matches.

Tom Brown Field, the synthetic-turf laden main stadium, is the centerpiece of the facility. Named for the legendary Minutemen football coach, the field and stadium welcomes a capacity of more than 2,500 for games under the Friday night lights. In addition to the gridiron, Tom Brown Field also serves as the home turf for WTHS track and field, field hockey and boys and girls lacrosse contests. Occasional soccer matches also take place on the turf. Behind the stadium is an all-weather, turf practice facility.

    OB Hall

O'Brien Hall serves as the campus' field house. The building includes three locker rooms, a multipurpose room -- used for meetings, small workouts, film study and even wrestling practice -- spectator restrooms and the concession stand.

    Baseball Field
The WTHS baseball field is home to not only the wildly successful Minutemen program, but also the annual Grand Slam Classic and early rounds of the Joe Hartmann Diamond Classic.

    Softball Field
The WTHS softball field recently was refurbished by the Minutemaids booster organization and work by the team itself. Its outfield feeds into smaller grass fields on the edge of the campus.

    Soccer Field
At the edge of the stadium is the WTHS varsity soccer field, which is bordered by JV and practice fields for soccer, field hockey and lacrosse.

    Tennis Courts
The six-court tennis complex hosts varsity, JV and freshmen contests. The tennis boosters recently funded natural wind screens (provided by bush and tree cover) and new spectator benches.

The 9/10 gymnasium hosts boys basketball and gymnastics.

The 11/12 gymnasium packs a boisterous crowd for girls basketball, wrestling and volleyball.

The WTHS weight room is affectionately known as the "Torture Chamber."
